Tackling the Cost of Living Crisis
Gordon Lyons MLA visited KILCOOLEY WOMEN’S CENTRE in Bangor today (13 March 2023)to see at first hand the programmes being delivered by the centre team to enhance outcomes for women, children and families. The visit coincided with the Wednesday session of the Bangor Social Supermarket, and the Minister met with volunteers and clients of the facility. The Minister and his officials, heard from the KWC team on the extreme challenges the centre is facing and how the Department can help the centre address the issues arising from the cost of living crisis.
