Susan will be running a six week Mindful massage course in 1 Kilcooley square from 11-1pm.
Mindful massage combines the principles of mindfulness with massage therapy techniques. In essence, it’s a form of massage that encourages both the giver and receiver to be fully present in the moment, paying close attention to sensations, thoughts, and emotions without judgment.
participants must be in a position to give and receive a massage.
