The TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) is perfect for those looking to kickstart a teaching career in further education or for newcomers to teaching. No specific qualifications are needed to enroll, but there’s a fair amount of writing involved. You’ll dive into reference books, research topics, and put theory into practice, all through written assignments. So, having solid written and spoken communication skills is key, and be ready for some evening study sessions!
This course will be a blend of online and Face to face learning and consist of 3 units .
Unit 1 –
Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
Unit 2 –
Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
Unit 3 –
Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
