STORM EOWYN CENTRE CLOSURE NOTICE

KWC will be closed on Friday 24 January 2025 in line with public safety advice of not to travel, and to work from home where possible. 

There are weather warnings for very strong winds from midnight 23 January, including a RED warning for Friday 24 January from 7am – 2pm – see below.

RED Weather Warning – Friday 24 January 2025 – Ards and North Down Borough Council

Danger to life from flying debris, dangerous conditions, travel disruption, damage to buildings, large waves at coasts, fallen trees, and power cuts are likely.

All public offices and facilities will be closed on Friday, Government have advised  the public To stay at Home and Stay Safe.
